Abuse Contact & Reporting
1. How to report abuse
If you believe MetaEdge's network or Services are being used improperly, or you are seeing traffic you believe originates from our network, contact us at legal@metaedge.xyz. We take reports seriously and investigate promptly.
2. What to include
A description of the issue and the harm observed.
Relevant IP address(es), timestamps (with time zone), and affected domains or endpoints.
Log excerpts or evidence where available.
Your contact details so we can follow up.
3. Our process
We acknowledge reports, investigate, and take appropriate action under our Acceptable Use Policy, which may include throttling, suspension, or termination of the responsible account, and cooperation with authorities where required.
4. Good-faith reporting
We welcome good-faith reports and will not pursue action against researchers who report issues responsibly and lawfully.
